Purpose
The purpose of the website URL is the sale of ceramic items.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
1- General:
These general terms and conditions of sale apply strictly to all product sales made in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, by Sebastian Sanchez Gertrudix, with Tax Identification Number 74662591Z, hereinafter Alyarrar, to individuals.
Any order placed with Alyarrar necessarily implies, as an essential, determining, and indispensable condition, the Client’s unreserved acceptance of Alyarrar’s General Conditions of Sale in force on the day the corresponding order is placed. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that acceptance of these conditions will imply their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, except in cases where new conditions are brought to the Client’s attention by Alyarrar. The fact that Alyarrar does not resort to any of these conditions at any given time cannot be interpreted as, nor will it be equivalent to, a waiver of the right to resort to them in the future or in the past.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of these terms and conditions, as well as all acts resulting from them, shall be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions to the contrary.
2- Prices:
The prices published on Alyarrar are in Euros and are current except for typographical errors. All prices include the VAT applicable on the date of the order. Any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of products sold on Alyarrar.
Offers on products for sale at Alyarrar will be displayed in the “Offers” section or indicated on the product listing and, unless otherwise indicated, will be valid as long as they are displayed on screen.
3- Differents payment methods:
When placing an order, the customer can freely choose to pay for their purchases at Alyarrar using:
• Bank Transfer (the client being responsible for any fees or commissions incurred due to its issuance)
• Payment via SERVIRED with the Redsys platform for VISA, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO.
4- Products:
Offers presented by Alyarrar are valid within the limits of available stock. Alyarrar reserves the right to modify the product range depending on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.
The photographs, graphics, and descriptions of the products offered for sale are for guidance only and do not in any way bind the seller.
IMPORTANT:
Alyarrar’s production policy is to create unique handcrafted items with designs tailored to the ceramic pieces according to the decorator’s choice.
Alyarrar items are handmade, original, and unique. This means that the purchased item may not be exactly the same as the one shown in the catalog. The images in the Alyarrar catalog are for reference only; each item can be decorated in an unlimited number of ways.
In some cases, the decoration of the item may be very different from the reference. Customers will always be informed when making their purchase.
There is a possibility that the customer orders the exact same item as the one shown in the catalog. Alyarrar will inform you of the extra production time, but the price will not change in this regard.
5- Shipping:
The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.
By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer when registering with Alyarrar.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
However, any delay will not result in the cancellation of the order or any compensation.
An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package(s) to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the condition of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt.
Shipping is always insured with 100% coverage except in exceptionally specified cases.

6- Return and cancellation policies
6-1 Return of merchandise:
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased from Alyarrar within 7 days of receipt.
You won’t need to provide any explanation; any item purchased at Alyarrar returned in its original packaging, sealed, and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado.
Alyarrar undertakes to refund your return within 30 days of receiving it.
If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective, Alyarrar will cover the return shipping costs and the replacement. If the reason for the return is that you are not satisfied with the order, we will refund the amount but not the shipping or return shipping costs.
If the order corresponds to a special order (item not in the catalogue) Alyarrar cannot accept the return of said purchase.
6-2 Order cancellation:
If the order is cancelled before the goods have shipped, the customer will not be charged any fees. In the case of a cancellation after the order has shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs for the same order.
If the order corresponds to a special order (item not in the catalogue) Alyarrar cannot accept the cancellation of said purchase.
