TERMS OF SALE
These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the BalearS Islands by Bernardo Sanchez Sanchez, with N.I.F. number 22450601W, hereinafter Alyarrar.
Any order made to Alyarrar necessarily implies as an essential, determining and essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Client of the General Terms of Sale of Alyarrar in force on the day the corresponding order is made. In addition, the Client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply the application of these to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in which new conditions are made known by Alyarrar. The fact that Alyarrar does not resort to any of the present conditions at any given time cannot be interpreted nor will it be tantamount to renouncing them in the future or in the past.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to it.
The prices published in Alyarrar are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices carry the VAT included applicable on the day of the order, any change of VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale in Alyarrar.
Offers on products for sale in Alyarrar will be shown in the “Offers” section or indicated on the product sheet and, if not indicated otherwise, will be valid while they are displayed on the screen.
3- Different payment methods:
When placing the order, the customer can freely choose to pay for purchases made in Alyarrar by:
• Bank Transfer (becoming the client responsible for the expenses or commissions accrued for its issuance)
• Payment via SERVIRED with the VISA, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO through Redsys platform.
The offers presented by Alyarrar are valid within the limit of available stocks. Alyarrar reserves the right to modify the product assortment based on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.
The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products proposed for sale are only indicative and do not compromise the seller in any way.
Alyarrar’s production policy is to create unique handmade items with designs adapted to the ceramic pieces according to the decision of the decorator in question.
Alyarrar’s articles are handmade, original and unique. This means that the item purchased is not exactly the same as the item that appears in the catalog. The images of the Alyarrar catalog are references, for each article you can have an unlimited number of ways to be decorated.
In some cases the decoration of the article may be very different from that of the reference. The customer will always be advised when making your purchase.
There is the possibility that the customer orders the exact same item that appears in the catalog, Alyarrar will warn you of the extra production time, the price will not vary in this aspect.
The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.
By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the client at the time of registration in Alyarrar.
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be neither departure nor delivery of orders.
However, your delay will not imply or cancel the order or compensation.
An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and he signs the delivery receipt document.
It is up to the customer to verify the status of the merchandise upon receipt indicating all the anomalies on the delivery receipt.
The shipment always has insurance with 100% coverage except in cases that are extraordinarily specified.

6- Return and cancellation policies
6-1 Return of merchandise:
Our policy, complying with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased in Alyarrar within 7 days from the date of receipt.
You will not have to provide any explanation, any item, purchased in Alyarrar, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado.
Within a maximum period of 30 days from the receipt of the return, Alyarrar undertakes its refund.
If the cause of the return is that the returned item is defective, Alyarrar will bear the costs of the return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount but not the shipping costs or return costs.
If the order corresponds to a special order (item out of catalog) Alyarrar cannot accept the return of said purchase.
6-2 Cancellation of order:
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the goods leave the customer will not have any expenses. In the case of a cancellation after the order is shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs of this same order.
If the order corresponds to a special order (item out of catalog) Alyarrar cannot accept the cancellation of said purchase.
